What is henry tillman?

Henry Tillman is a retired American boxer who was born on August 5, 1960, in Los Angeles, California. He was a standout amateur boxer, winning a gold medal in the heavyweight division at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

Tillman turned professional after the Olympics and had a successful career as a heavyweight boxer. He compiled a record of 25 wins, 6 losses, and 1 draw, with 16 of his wins coming by knockout.

Tillman is perhaps best known for his two fights against Mike Tyson in 1984. He defeated Tyson in the Olympic trials but lost to him in the final, denying him a chance to compete in the Olympics. Tillman also fought Tyson in a professional bout in 1990, but he was stopped in the first round.

After retiring from boxing, Tillman worked as a boxing coach and trainer, as well as an actor and motivational speaker. He has appeared in several movies, including "Rocky V" and "Blood In, Blood Out."
